DARK project aims to provide a secure and anonymous payment system and marketplace app, so you can buy, sell and exchange stuff privately.
DarkPay API uses old but efficient ShadowCoin/Particl Smsg protocol (as a “child” chain) to broadcast messages to all or only targeted nodes. Those messages can relay stores creation, invitations, product listings, orders, trustless escrows contracts… all private and encrypted, preventing spam and user info leak.
Using great Dart language and Flutter framework, we started to develop a cross-platform, single-codebase dApp. Though it is mobile-first oriented, and its main use is the marketplace, as it will be connected to DARKPAY and DARDEX apis, users will be able to buy, sell, exchange any product, service or asset.
As users may want to use the currency of their choice to buy or sell their products or services without the hassle to change them manually, a decentralized and automatic swap service is needed. This layer development is a part of our great interest about Polkadot, as it offers the cross-chain tools needed.

The volume of dark web forum members is on the rise, with visitor numbers surging 44% during the first COVID-19 lockdowns last year, according to new data from Sixgill.
The cyber-intelligence firm analyzed five popular English and Russian language forums to better understand their popularity over time and who is responsible for most activity.
